Allan Fried is New York City’s go to person for all things career.  He specializes in working with entrepreneurs and executives at the crossroads of creativity and business.

A New York native, Allan has the quintessential success story.  He spent almost 20 years in the entertainment industry.  Starting in the mailroom of ICM (International Creative Management), he worked his way up to Vice-President International at BMG, the $2 Billion record division of Bertelsmann AG.  While at BMG Fried worked with multi-platinum recording artists including Al Green, David Bowie,  Joan Armatrading, Dave Matthews, and more..  Fried then stepped into the entrepreneurial arena becoming  COO of Knitmedia, where he managed all areas of the company, including their pioneering online entertainment initiatives.   Prior to becoming a coach he founded Allied Entertainment Marketing, where he developed strategic partnerships between the top names in music and consumer brands.

Talented, Zen-like, motivational, and empowering are some of the recurring terms Allan’s clients used to describe him.   He is also know for being a credible, engaging, and witty presenter.  Workshop partcipants have called him a “breath of fresh air”, “a great presenter” and said his “enthusiasm is infectious”.

Allan is one of only 2000 coaches in the world to hold the prestigious ICF PCC Certification.  He trains and mentors coaches at Coachville’s Center for Coaching Mastery, and holds a B.A. from The University of Maryland.  He has also been extensively involved in his community through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, and Habitat for Humanity.
